Walk It Out
Have you ever stared blankly at your workout shoes on the floor? You know you should head the gym, but the motivation inside of you hit the snooze button? Tell me about it, honey! I’m feeling you today.
Instead of driving the gym, put the shoes on commit to walking around the block one time. Who knows you might get the jolt you need to start jogging and get in a couple of miles.
