Great skin starts from within, so let’s look at a new smoothie recipe to get you glowing. I recommend keeping avocados and spinach handy at all times to throw in the blender.
Avocados are an excellent source of vitamin B, C, E, and K. They are packed with magnesium, potassium, and anti-aging antioxidants (there are many additional benefits).
When added to your smoothies, they help create a creamy texture without extra added calories.
Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin E, A, C, magnesium, and fiber. Eating spinach is like cleaning your skin from the inside out.
Mangos and a dash of honey are great to add to this smoothie. A little almond or skim milk, a couple of ice cubes if you prefer, blend and enjoy!
It’s always ok to splurge now and then, but make an effort to put good in to get the glowing skin you want on the outside.
