How strong are your friendships?
I was recently talking to a client and we were discussing life and the curve balls that always seem to be pitched. The next day after wrapping up with a client, I noticed a book wrapped with ribbon leaning on my door.
My friend dropped off a book titled Believe. The surprise brought a smile to my face and completely warmed my heart. And inspired today’s post.
Having strong friendships and social connections will bring:
1. Increased happiness
2. Better overall health, including mental health
3. Studies show having strong friendships leads to a longer life
